Sarah does an absolutely incredible job, beyond what words can express.
When I first came in, she made me feel very welcome and safe by describing what Theta Healing was, the benefits of it, and how it could really help me to change my patterns and beliefs at the core, to completely transform my life.
She then asked me to describe what I felt I wanted from the experience, what I wanted to work on, and what my limiting belief systems were that I thought were holding me back from manifesting the things I really wanted.
She proceeded to gently get to the root of them, and removed them, replacing them with positive belief systems that would serve me.
The week that followed after the session was nothing short of completely magical. I was able to say no to things that I previously could hardly even think to challenge, much less face head-on. I was able to see negative patterns and disengage from them because they weren’t serving me, whereas before I either wouldn’t have seen them or would have seen them and just not confronted them. Even the way I approached challenging people and situations in my life shifted because I was immediately able to say “this isn’t serving me and therefore I don’t need it”
